Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Settings → Account.
2. Under Delete, tap Delete account. If you own a workspace, you see who loses access first: the workspace and its brands go for everyone in it.
3. Type DELETE and choose:
   • Delete in 30 days — nothing is deleted until then, your plan stops renewing, and signing back in keeps everything.
   • Delete now — everything is erased right away. This can't be undone.

Either way, we email you when it is done.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say you want it deleted. A person replies to make sure it's you, deletes it, and you get the same email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and your sign-in.
• The workspaces and brands you own, with everything in them: chats, documents, plans, calendars, memory.
• Your drafts and the files you uploaded.
• The posts Petalie watched on your own accounts, and everything she learned from them.
• Your connections to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Google: we revoke our access and delete the tokens.

What is kept, and why

• Your Stripe invoices, if you ever paid — tax law requires us to keep them.
• An anonymous record of what the work cost, with no name, email or account attached.
• The security log described in the privacy policy (time, page, IP).
• Public posts by other creators that your research brought into Petalie stay in her library, no longer linked to you.

Your plan

Deleting in 30 days stops your plan from renewing; you keep what you paid for until then. Deleting now ends it right away.
